TWIN bot processes 70% of customer requests for digital services company
Task
Infocom (Kyrgyzstan) is one of the largest companies in Kyrgyzstan introducing digital services for citizens. Infocom also offers services on development and implementation of hardware and software complexes based on licensed and certified software. Infocom specialists improve and modify software products to ensure that they meet all customer requirements.
Problem
Due to the expansion of the company's business, the operators of the company are under a heavy workload, and as a result, the waiting time for a response has increased.
What TWIN offered
TWIN specialists developed a chatbot in two languages (Kyrgyz and Russian) and added it to Telegram, WhatsApp channels and as a widget on the official website of the company. The bot handles frequent requests of citizens for services. If the bot cannot answer questions that are not included in its script, the question is automatically transferred to a live manager.
Outcome
The bot processes about 70% of customer requests without the help of human operators.
