TWIN bots processed 60,000 cold customers without real managers
Task
Alver, a Switzerland-based company, selling microalgae supplements, in 2022 began to expand its business by opening offices in other European countries and decided to start with the UK.
To achieve this goal, they needed an effective tool, therefore the company turned to TWIN.
Problem
The main task was to process the customer base to find warm leads. Product catalogs are sent to interested customers and then orders are made. However, since Alver had entered into a new market, the company didn’t have a warm customer base interested in algae supplements.

It’s clear that when processing a cold base with live managers, the company would face a number of problems. And the first one is a high workload for a sales team.
The second problem is that the British database Alver contains more than 60 thousand prospects which is difficult and expensive to contact manually.
Results
TWIN created two bots. The first one, a voice bot, made calls on the cold database and searched for people interested in the company's products.
After that, the chatbot contacted customers and sold them the company's products by sending them a product catalog.
The voice bot processed 60,000 cold customers: 5% of them were interested in supplements, and 1% of those who agreed received a link for payment.
So the bots processed the entire cold base without the participation of real managers and helped the company to increase sales and reduce cold call costs.
